Dude that is some nasty forehead hair you have get that **** waxed or something. As for your balding, you are most likely going to need dutasteride cuz finasteride usually doesnt work for people who have aggressive hairloss like you

The recession is pretty minimal but the hair seems to be diffusing aggressively for an 18 year old. I'd jump on finasteride and nizoral , and if finasteride doesn't work I'd try dutasteride. I'd go see a specialist before trying finasteride/dutasteride though.

Those forehead hair are due to use of minoxidil you know it creates unwanted hairgrowth and this is due to solution of minoxidil now o have jumped to.foam

yes since 2 years i have been on minoxidil alpecinshampoo hair gain tabs and luck
now hair are falling heavily finasteride has side effects dont know what to do oh god depression will kill me

its like cancer you know one day u will die and in this case one day they will be gone

do not stress about finasteride UNTIL you have tried it.

I think it is too soon for you to try finasteride. You are only 18 yo. If I were you I would wait a couple of years and if hair has fall you will be probably able to recover it later. However go again to a dermatologist and be professionally adviced.

Thanks guys but it is.difficult to.kill my stress and yes I have beard and these hair gain tabs have made my chest thigh hair.thicker same with facial hair lol

I don´t know anything about PRP effectiveness, but I know that is not between the big 3, so it is probably not demonstrated to be useful yet. Why don´t you try Nizoral (ketoconazol shampoo)? It is the less aggresive, safer and recommendable treatment for a 18 yo young man if you have quitted minoxidil.

If I were you I would add Ketoconazol to my regimen, maybe some supplements and I would go to a dermatologist to be fully adviced about finasteride, PRP and other treatments. What do you think?
