It is hard to tell by those pictures, it does look like some thinning and some unusual thinning on the side of your head. You should post more pictures or go and see a specialist. What is your dad's hair like and your mom's dad's hair like/when he was alive? Also, you should try buying a cheap pair of Astro A40's they are way more comfortable than that Turtle Beach headset, good luck.
