Sorry for poor quality but that's the best camera I currently have. I am 26 years old, and I got bombarded with ads recently about balding. Are ads right?

EDIT: This site obviously has problem with my pictures, so please look it up at imgur(com)/a/X7XZv

I think you have some problems with computers / phones because there is nothing at http://imgur.com/a/X7XZv

Maybe if you explain what you are trying to do we can help

Link works for me. I cant post it like you did because i keep getting spam warning. I even had to remove it from quote
Yes I think you are balding unfortunately.

Thank you for opinion. How bad do you think it is, considering my age (26)?

Also everyone, please post more opinions. I appreciate every single one.

You are balding, buddy... Hop on finasteride and minoxidil :) and then a hair transplant

You're definitely balding and it looks like you're thinning as well, based on the poor quality of your pictures I'd label you a nw2-3 diffuse thinner. If you do want to save your hair I'd recommend getting on treatment asap. You can choose between either finasteride or minoxidil, both of them combined are most effective though. How's your crown holding up btw?

Here's pic. I am really puzzled, because there's no family history of balding. I heard stress can cause balding, is that true? Because I have serious stress problems (even going as far as causing neurological problems).

You aren't diffusing, just appears to be recession. Stress can accelerate hair loss if you already have MBP, stress shouldn't be a significant factor by itself though in losing hair

There is some recession but I am unsure it is as bad as some others are deeming it. The crown is good.

Unfortunately there is no "middle measure": against hair loss, all measures are extreme and they entail an anti DHT pill (finasteride), a daily lotion (minoxidil) and an antifungal shampoo (ketoconazole).

Well, in my case years of stress caused epilepsy. I call that very significant long term stress. I am kinda cheered up that it's "just" receding not receding and thinning.

Unfortunate, as I have serious fear of messing with hormones. I heard they can have some nasty side effects. How common are they?

I can tell you I am 44 (therefore Old!) but finasteride has had no side effects on me except the usual ball Ache for two days.
However, I am not an anxious person. If you are anxious and think anti DHT drugs can mess with your sexual life, likely they will :-(
But it is worth a try...

Since we talk about that, can lots of sexual activity also accelerate hair loss? Because this might also be a factor too. I also have some more pictures

Some say so but there is no scientific research implying this. But honestly I know people who obviously do it often but have retained all of their hair.

The other pictures show your temples are getting thin and it is time to try and cure it.
