Since I have nothing to compare it to, I would say you don't look like you have any significant hair loss. It is not unusual to have some recession in your 20s. It is what is referred to as a "maturing hairline". So you go from a Norwood 0 to a 1. It may stop there for quite a while. That is why you need to take follow up pics in let's say, three months, and compare.
Do you see significant hair fall? More than 100-150 hairs a day in the shower, on your pillow or in your hairbrush?
A reputable doctor would NOT put you on meds that may have significant side effects, one of which is shedding, so you could lose hair that you never would have, had you not gone on them. There are also hormonal and sexual side effects.
Just chill, and check back in 3 months.
