Balding Or Cow Lick? New Member, Help!

So I’ve been wondering for some time now whether I just have a regular cowlick or whether this is balding. The rest of hair is pretty dense so I could never really tell. These pictures were taken right after a shower so my hair is damp in these photos if that has any effect.

You don't have a lot of hair on your crown, cowlicks are usually when your hair sticks up or faces different directions therefore showing your scalp, but you need to post a pic of your hairline and temples
