I noticed this recently. I'm 24, have always had a full and dense head of hair. All the men on my Mom's side have good hair, and my dad has pretty decent hair (and his dad apparently had great hair, although I never met the guy). I have also been taking Accutane pretty aggressively for the past 1.3 years, just got off of it... apparently it's a drug that can cause some hair loss (I think due to it being essentially an extreme Vitamin A infusion?). Anyway, I just got a haircut and my barber said there wasn't any thinning... I just, idk man. It definitely doesn't seem like that spot has always been there...

Looks like you got some thinning going on there buddy, accutane is notorious for kickstarting male pattern baldness. All the hair lost on accutane will not come back, drop it now and get on finasteride.

Definitely thinning. I had that a few years ago too, when a friend remarked that i was balding. So i panicked and started minoxdil and stemoxydine.
