Balding Crown At 25. Is There Any Hope?

Hi!

I'm a 25 year old man from Brazil.

Recently my hairdresser told me that my hair was getting thinner in the crown area. When he showed me, I was devastated.
I paid a visit to the doctor the next day and he told me to use Minoxidil 5% + Vitamins (we call it "pill food" in Brazil).

I really don't want to go bald but if there's no hope, I'd rather just get a crewcut cause I don't wanna look ridiculous.

Here are the pictures of my crown. Any hope?

Get on the big 3 ASAP and give it time. There is still hope.

My doctor told me not to take Finasteride. He said, and I quote "I've had some problems with it myself. I do not recommend."
