Hello,

I'm only 18 but im already balding it seems... :(

From the pictures at which stage am I? And how long will it take to completely bald out?

I had Finastride on my mind lately but the horrid side effects are making me feel uneasy about it.

Anyone knows the best approach to save my hair?

Yeah, you should really jump on the big 3 as fast as you can.

Yeah, crown is alarming, temples and "little hair overall" can go without labeling it "balding" but crown (vertex) is kinda bad. Specially at your age.

Rich in sulphur, phosphorous, and protein, eggs make for an excellent at-home hair loss treatment. Mix one egg white with a teaspoon of Olive Oil and Honey and apply the paste from root to tips. Rinse after 20 minutes with a mild shampoo.
get consultant with best dermatologist .

Ur hairline is fine but ur crown looks thin especially for 18 year old. I would use rogaine and try finasteride. If u get sides stop and take it as a sign to embrace it.
