It was unnoticeable before I had my haircut but after I cut my hair and took a picture of my back head you could see some scalp. Am I balding? The front is fine

100% hair loss. Go to a dermatologist ASAP to confirm whether it is Androgenetic Alopecia (I think so) or another condition causing your hair to fall (male pattern baldness really but you have some red skin/acne there which may indicate something else as well).

Show your hairline, with these pictures alone it's hard to diagnose male pattern baldness, but you have lost quite a lot hair at the back. That's undeniable and not up for debate.
