since this is a general hairloss discussion, we might as well review all the terms in which we*(i ain't saying who we are, guess i'm to sick too even spell it) are referred to, by the hair crazed society, and the superficial good for nothing fu cks who established the common standard that baldness equals ugliness, and the stupid hair brained folks with perfect nw0 or 1's trying to cheer us up by the the line : ""it's just hair"", double quotes for that matter btw. right, if it were JUST hair, let me rip it off your scalp and shove it up your ***, you'll be mad for a while and then we'll all be cool again, it's JUST hair, right, why the fu ck not rip it off permanantly for a joke if it was so small a problem?, no? FU CK NO,? figured they'd say something like that.
so back to the subject( no worries, the usual doze of CRAZY HILARIOUS SH IT will eventually resurface through the thread as we discuss)
so, what do you think about the expressions, ugly as fu ck, bald as fu ck, stupid as fu ck? all other insulting expressions for that matter are appreciated and should be pointed out.

If you think your amount of hair seriously contributes to what people think of you then you have other problems. I'm here because I think it would be nice to keep my hair, but some of y'all take it way too seriously. No one thinks differently of a man because he's balding. If you act different and insecure about it then of course it's going to cause you problems.

It would be naive to say that no one thinks differently of a man or person who is balding. Even if the person is smart and nonjudgmental, subconsciously baldness still equals weakness and oldness because of how society conditions everyone to associate hair with youth and strength, and youth is currently something that everyone loves physically.

It's not very compassionate to say someone is taking their hair loss "too seriously," as everyone experiences it differently. For some people hair is a really significant thing to how one expresses themselves, among other things. It's important to have acceptance about one's appearance and body, but losing one's hair can still be stress inducing.

People who say "it's just hair" are obviously not being empathetic or compassionate to the one experiencing the hair loss. They are not thinking about the way the hair loss affects that person.

What exactly do you believe people are thinking about you?
"Oh, he has less hair than us, so perhaps we shouldn't hang out with him"
"He's less intelligent than us, it's obvious when you see his hair line"

Have you seriously disconnected from people due to hair loss?
The only people that care about a man's baldness are superficial women, and if the amount of follicles in your head are a deal breaker for them then they weren't worth your time to begin with.
I know tons of men, most of them more successful than I, that have lost hair. Also, both of the men in that .gif are suffering from hair loss, but they managed to cope with it and have successful lives.

Again, I'm here for help trying to regrow my hair, not for a pointless pity party. Positive outlooks and confidence are more useful than a full head of hair any day.

OH GOD, OH GOD, i'm depressed and ****ed beyond hope and that comment made my day , no probably the whole week man, hhhhh, bull's eye, as simple as that. as for our other friend:
we are not mentally dead because of hairloss if that's what seems to you , it is a bad thing, and the reaction any sane and healthy human being would have to a bothering matter would be: YOU GOT IT, BE BOTHERED, otherwise, you have to be sick, retarded or ill in a certain manner to respond happily to a BOTHER, and a very cruel one at it to be honest, my friend. we express it, we hate it, we laugh about it , we use dark humor and we understand each other, and feels so good, and i might as well compare it to drugs, though i don't know what that quiet feels like, EXACTLY LIKE THE WAY OUR FRIEND ""FredTheBelgian"" commented and i commented back on the accuracy of his reaction expressing a mutual understanding and the deep insight and thought, behind both his respond and my interpretation.
i'm not offensive, nor sarcastic, DEAD SERIOUS:
and as such , KNOW THIS: all the people here are HIGHLY SMARTER THAN THE AVERAGE FOLKS ON THE STREETS, **guaranteed**, just inspect the comments, the deep analysis, the language use, expressions, deductions, logic, vocabulary everyone here uses even when they sound negative like i do and you'll understand we're no regular dumb joes... and note that i am 20 and my mother tongue isn't english and i live in tunisia.
more than that, we are all hoping to restore or mantain hair, and for the second time, DEAD serious about every bit of word we say, and no matter how much negativity may ooze from this website,WE ALL UNDERSTAND AND APPRECIATE ANY THOUGHT, DOWN TO THE LAST MAN, we are more than some lame rehab program, emotionally troubled folks, or social dumb circle seeking reassurnce or self satisfaction, we do things our fashion.

what makes this even funnier is the other guy is bald

ThatHairStruggle see what i meant about understanding and dark humor? that's just a healthy way of expressing, laughter sure ain't killed nobody, and is said to extend life, so we might as well outlive those hairy ape-like folks out there. if you hate male pattern baldness, laugh it out man, hate it, say whatever you want , however you want, this what hairlosstalk.com is all about, just don't hate your fellow member s here think ill of them, we're on the same boat after all buddy...though it suck to be on it to begin with, hhhhhhhh, besides, positivity never grew a single strand of hair on any bloody bald head, now did it people? XDDDDDD

Its just an expression of "to the extreme" but using everyones favorite word. I gotta say. Since I noticed I have lost hair I do look now. And I am surprised who in my life has lost hair and I never noticed.
