I'm sorry to tell you that, but for your age very bad, no one knows when you will get bald but you should get on treatments if you want to keep what left.

I would suggest you start posting at the correct section.
Propecia or Dutasteride asap, Minoxidil 5% twice per day, Dermarolling (a guy at your Norwood actually did it right and regrew everything, he combined it with Dutasteride and Minoxidil).
I have similar hairline to yours, it may be even more fucked, but I got to admint that your crown does not look bad.
Anyways at this stage no one could predict what Norwood will you become, mine slowed down a bit, just like my father's is now slowed down a bit.
There are transplants since your donor must be good, but you should stop that sh*t with Dutasteride or Finasteride first.

Its not expensive if you have insurance. My prescription is like 12 dollars a month, with insurance.

You would be wasting your money. With aggressive hair loss you need to nuke the DHT with Finasteride, RU ot dutasteride. Try to get regrowth with minoxidil until better treatments are available.

The reason I am suggesting Foam is Liquid one caused flakes on my sclap and itchiness.When I try to remove flakes I experience hairfall.
Or u can use topical finasteride
