Back Head Hair Loss In 18 Year Old?

Hey all, last year I posted on this forum about my hair thinning in the back of my head, and I got a reply saying not to worry about it. But, ever since then my hair has gotten a bit worse.

The first picture three are present day pictures, and the last was one from last year. As you can see, I've developed a small bald spot. Is there anyway I can treat this? Also, could this be Alopecia Areata?

See a dermatologist, it's not male pattern baldness, could be DUPA(Diffuse Unpatterned Alopecia). However it could also be fungal infections and loads of other stuff.

May be Alopecia Areata go see a dermatologist. Doesn't look anything like DUPA.
