I think the problem with your hair is not the density but the quality of the single strands. That type of hair is fine and does not seem to have a proper shape altogether. Why don't you try and shorten it?

You have very fine hair, but a lot of it. I still understand why you are worried. In a couple of the photos you can see some hairs that are crooked looking on the hairline, those may be miniaturized. As of now I would just monitor your situation and take pictures every month. Don't obsess and take them everyday, it won't help. Everyone has good and bad hair days. Any change in a day doesn't mean anything. If you aren't really shedding then it should put your mind at ease a bit, but I would still monitor the situation. You could make an appointment with a different dermatologist that specializes in hair loss/transplants to get a second opinion, but not really necessary. As others have said, cut your hair short and see how it looks.

Fine as the single strand of hair, because blondish, is not thick. Either you grow it very long, or you cut it shorter. This length does not suit you.
I don't think you are thinning.
