I joined this site in 2003 and left a couple years ago. My plan was to juts say "screw hairloss" and get on with my life. I would just wear a hat (toupe) more and buzz the hair low. Nobody will know I am balding right? Of course this is wrong. I recently was looking threw pictures taken last week which were taken behind me. Holy crap at the gigantic bald spot that has formed. I was shocked. I didn't know it was that bad! I decided to start finasteride and min 2% this week. I want to at least put up a fight before bowing out to the hair folical gods.

If you're starting minoxidil, try to get the minoxidil foam which is way more convenient and can give best results.
