It could help. Nizoral has helped mine some but it still flairs up. What I'm about to ask is somewhat controversial in the field of dermatology but what is your diet like? I notice almost immediately if I indulge in too much refined sugar, caffeine, or alcohol my dermatits will flair up. I believe the internal regulates the external. If a shampoo doesn't work, consider milf lifestyle changes. It's worked for me.

A dermatologist friend of mine told me to never use baby shampoo (something to do with ph levels/acid/alkaline). Basically she said it's good for your skin and eyes (hence why it's good to use on babies) but is bad for your hair

My diet is pretty much eating a lot of green foods and water.

I wouldn't describe my symptom as pain so it may be different. Around my hairline my follicles feel a bit more sensitive, almost like someone is lightly touching or pulling them. Usually it's the areas with actual flair ups and bumps that hurt a bit.

Exactly the same feeling man what is this?? I asked my dermatologist if that is because of the seborrheic dermatitis or hairloss he said it has nothing to do with them.

So my theory is that the feeling is actually the follicles slowly being strangled and cut off. Under harsh lighting and a magnifying mirror I've noticed that many individual follicles appear pinkish in hue. My guess is that this is the inflammation from the DHT being produced and flooding our scalps. If only we knew the genetic mystery as to why some people are so prone to inflammation and DHT sensitive hair follicles while others are not.

Alot of interesting info and the best diy shampoo I've ever seen made. I'm not keto but do believe you need small amounts of good oils in your diet. i.e. olive oil and coconut oils and vitamin A amoung others for healthy skin. It's a bit of a long watch.

I'm usually skeptical of alternative treatments but this man is over double my age with a better hairline and density. What he said about being your own doctor spoke to me. I may be adding a naturalistic approach alongside proven medical treatments now. Thank you for the video.

I use baby shampoo. It's the only shampoo I use besides Nizoral

With all the other bullshit I'm doing to my scalp it just makes sense to me to be using something with minimal harshness/extra chemicals, etc

I think one approach is finasteride or RU. Androgens might be a big part of the problem, and you cant fix male pattern baldness with shampoos. For me nothing has really ever helped. I have tried tons of shampoos, and as I got older it just seems to get worse.
