Azelaic Acid, Saw Palmetto, Zinc Citrate And Milk Thistle

Hi All

I had the above supplements recommended to me by a local consultant in a private hair clinic.

I wondered if anyone had any experience or thoughts?

The shampoo and conditioner I use currently (Regenepure) has Saw Palmetto in but I don't use the others?
