Have there been any in vivo studies with azelaic acid for Androgenetic Alopecia?

EDIT: Ok, let me amend the question - what's the strongest evidence for AA outside the initial 1988 study and the study hmmmmmm mentions in the 2nd post, in vitro or in vivo, of mice or of men?

Thanks for the info !!!! Any infos about salicylic acid? Most of the products in my country combine azelaic acid with salicylic acid.
