Theres some very interesting people here. Articulate, and they are trying to live according to a plan, rather than just let anything come crashing down into their lives. I thought I could add a very short story of the mistakes I made.

Balding at 19, I was pretty sure i was gonna be that cue ball guy by junior year. Honestly, I had no plan in case that happened. Finasteride wasnt readily available, and rogaine wasnt suitable for my huge frontal diffusion. So I rocked a combover until I was about 26. At that point I started doing "small" transplants, which wasnt that effective since your "virgin" scalp can only take so much stressing. You want that first megasession to be monster, and ideally only do one more later to fill in as necessary.

SOCIALLY I didnt marry early, which i should have done. A woman usually wants a couple kids, and if you can find one early DO IT, because the longer she goes, the more feminist she's going to be, and the more problems you are going to have. Its also good to not be on the dating market for long. If you wait to marry until youre are over 30, you simply dont know if you will find a suitable wife. Much less one with diseases.

WORK should be a recession proof masculine profession. Something a chip-chick cant affirmative action off you. Or for that matter, Raj Patel in Bombay. Engineering, industrial, self employed, etc. HVAC is ideal to start a business in. Or even a CDL driver local. Dont let yourself be pushed out in 10 years, make sure youre solid.

EDUCATION, college is way less important unless its something high tech. I got a degree in literature and history, needless to say, it was a ten year climb out of that decision and wasted years. NEVER take college loans unless you are accepted into medical school.

INVESTING should be in your radar early. Dont live in apartments. Rent to own if you have to. Put 50 percent of your money into real estate and live in it. Obviously high tech, biotechnology, are investments.

SEX do not fall into p**rn. Thus, the reason to marry early fits into this lifetsyle. I went through some rough years where i passed on 2 good potential partners because "i had time" and ended up addicted to sleaze and some strip clubs (another money drain).

HAIR.......so now we are onto these decisions. I respect you guys that jump on finasteride EARLY, say at age 20. Lifes a risk, but a bald head before age 30 is just very hard to overcome unless youre married......and own your own business.

TRANSPLANTS for some reason are scary territory but shouldnt be. The real issue is being realistic. Im not sure why exactly guys fear having a rear "bald spot" because your "frame" overcomes all in life. As long as youve got some on top, and look good from the front, its all fine. So concentrate your grafts up front if you have limited donor.

TELL nobody about your transplant. This is another life lesson. You blabbermouths out there, dont do it. Not even your mom. Take off 6 months off work, do something else and say its a "leave of absence" and spend a few months biking in portland or something. But wait for it to grow in, and return to your life.

Believe me, if you tell ANYONE, then EVERYONE will know and the stigma will follow you around. If someone asks, just say "im healthier now" or some such.

cheers

Good general advice. In my opinion better to admit to others it is a transplant though, unless we're talking a random sl*t in town who you're wanting to bang. I'm 22 and just finishing uni, biggest f*****g waste of time and mistake of my life, aside from not getting on finasteride at 18.

Every young person should own some crypto as well as look to real estate in my opinion. Better off skipping uni and getting a full time job and investing in property at 18.

Mainly focus on the big dogs like Ethereum, bitcoin and some bitcoin cash (as a defense). 100% if you get into crypto get a hardware wallet like a trezor or nano s (I have both, personally prefer the trezor) to store them on so they won't get stolen. Don't want to leave anything on exchanges, a guy on reddit today lost over 25 grand from hackers breaking his two factor idendification and making off with his bitcoin.

As you learn more you can get into some altcoins, but they aren't all supported by hardware wallets which makes things difficult. Monero, Iota, Nem, Neo, Lisk and Omisego are some worthwhile ones.

Personally I think unless you're doing it full time it isn't worth trading crypto, just buy and hold long term (3-5 years).
