Avodart sides after one year of use

After a year of solidly using Dutasteride I’m starting to feel fatigued, woozy and light headed. Like I struggle to concentrate and my eyes are a little heavy. It’s like being in a permanent state of being slightly dazed. I don’t know if this is because I’m drinking too much recently or I’m getting too little sleep. I feel it’s a bit late to be getting any sides, does this ring any bells for anyone?

Never too late to be getting sides.

However, I would definitely attribute those feelings towards drinking and not getting sleep. Those seem to directly correlate with fatigue. Go a whole week on 8+hrs of sleep and no drinking and report back.

To be honest, I have wondered if I have these side effects as well. I study Japanese, and I have been struggling this year. I still have to hand in an assignment that was due in January. This has not happened to me before.
But then again, I can’t be sure, and the problems may be due to COVID (online classes, working from home and having less energy in the evenings), and to spending too much time on HairLossTalk.com, Reddit and Google Scholar.

I can confirm that this is a dutasteride side. I was the same, feeling tired, eyes heavy, no motivation to learn anything new when I started another degree (interestingly I was learning Japanese at the time as well, hardly could clear N5)

I am leaning towards the excessive drinking and lack of sleep. The drinking could place you into becoming diabetic. I seriously doubt it's dutasteride all of sudden. It would have happened already after taking dutasteride for at least 6 months.

Yes, and the most amazing(weird but true) thing happened to me was how I was able to enjoy orgasms. I mean I never realized what I was missing from sex apart from low libido and mild ED. The orgasms were super satisfying.
I’m happy for you because it sounds like a fair trade off - hair loss for mind bending, beautiful orgasms. I’ve not had any of the usually quoted sexual sides yet and I’m 1 year 3 months in.

Oh man, I hope I’m not diabetic!? I’m cutting back on the buds. I’ve started to live a pretty clean lifestyle recently which is down to boxing. So no drink, no drugs, no smoking etc, let’s hope this all makes a difference.
