Hi

I'm taking 0,5mg e3d and 12,5 aromasin/exemestan to combat the estrogen.

Now since taking my nail growth has literally stopped. I cut them maybe twice a week if at all. Hair growth judging by my neck seems to be the 1cm per month. so normal

Before taking these medications I had to cut every other day if i remember correctly. They grew fast to the point that I considered it annoying. It's certainly is different.

Does anyone else have noticed something similar? Haven't found anything via google

Food is balanced i guess. Much Fruit some veggies chicken eggs. Not too many carbs but I every now and then I enjoy icecream and as I said much fruit like 4 apples and more. I don't think it can be blamed on the low carb diet. I've done this some years now and my nails always grew normal. I can only blame it on above mentioned medications. I also take zinc, selen, vitamin d3.

nail growth is related to human growth hormone? dutas don't reduce hgh right?

Nail growth is related to many other hormones, not just growth hormone per se.
Don't reduce dutas, as it is most likely the aromasin that is responsible for your issue.
Estrogen is implicated in nail growth, aromasin decreases estrogen.

Honestly I would drop the aromasin and just keep it on hand, in case you do start to experience estrogen-related side effects.
Estrogen plays a vital role in hair growth, and since you're inhibiting most of it you might be missing out.
