I have been on advodart 3 days a week for exactly four months today. All I have done is thinned my hair out drastically and i am not seeing any promises of it slowing down. I have been on rogaine foam twice a day for two years and nizoral shampoo a couple times a week for a few months.

Should I up the dose to every day and risk sides? Wait it out and see if shedding stops in the next few months at same dose?

4 months should be right around the mark you start shedding so I would ride it out. And 3 days a week sounds good for dutasteride's long half life. Ride it out. For a full year even. If you don't get regrowth and you can afford it then go up to everyday. Does dutasteride dry your skin out?

I think I will up to every day. My hairlosstalk is pretty bad now. I can't go without some sort of concealer.
