I am mystified that that a lot of uneducated people here seem to think there hair is gone forever because thick terminal hairs have begun to fall out. These hairs grow back and will grow back just as thick if they are not suffering from Androgenic alopecia. They could have fallen out for any number of reasons.

Even if they are AA, they still have many cycles left before there is nothing left, balding does not happen overnight.

That's only because you were going to bald anyway.

At worst you are a non responder to the meds. DHT blocking meds are not going to make you balder in the long term. They may just clear out the already dying hairs sitting on your head a little faster.
