with strip at the 3 month dot how much % of hair should of grown in? 10%? 20%? Or should it still be mostly empty????????

3 months is usualy the starting phase sometimes it even takes longer than that. At 3 months you should just see things beginning so its not worth even thinking about how much you have yet. As long as you can see something is happenning then you're doing ok.

And the reason the transplanted hair does not show up for 3-4 months is because most of the transplanted follicles went into telogen (resting) phase for three months.
