I've never had trouble with keeping a decent shape as I've always played sports or went to the gym, but lately, time isn't permitting me to do so, with work and some other activities that just tie up my time. What are some great at home workouts that I can do. I'm looking along the lines of pushups, crunches, dips, etc.
I don't have dumbbells at the moment, but might invest in some. In the meantime, what are some good at home workouts I could do to keep me in good shape. Just looking for some ideas.
