asymmetry: not right?

i've mentioned this a couple times before on the forum, but, basically, i was a good minoxidil responder who's found that he's losing in other areas. now im fighting the uphill battle again.

anyway, i've just noticed something strange: my left temple area is taking a bigger hit than my right. isn't asymmetry...unnatural? i assume maybe it's something i'm doing, perhaps unconsciously applying larger dosages to one side? any one have thoughts on it?

I don't think recession has to be symmetrical. My left temple started thinning, then six months later my right temple joined in.

I have seen a number of people who are losing their hair at the temples have more hair loss on one side versus the other. I think it is normal to experience hair loss at the temples at different rates.

I think the temple that has less hair loss is gradually going to catch up to the one that has lost more hair.
