21 here, been slowly diffuse thinning on top since 19 (went to two derms who said I started thinning), been on finasteride for 6 months (5mg cut into 4), and occasionally (once or twice a week) I put some nizoral on my scalp in the shower for about 4 minutes and rinse.
How am I doing so far? I sadly don't have any photos of my crown at 19, but it definitely looks about the same from what I remember, since seeing my scalp like that was the reason I hopped on finasteride in the first place.
Had some intense shedding 4 months ago but it has since stopped , and now I only get about 15-20 hairs shed per day max when I pull hard multiple times, untill no more hairs come out.
Should I continue finasteride? Should I add minoxidil? what do you guys think?
