I previously had a poor hair transplant in my local area a year and a half ago so have had a 2nd 2000 graft one at Asmed last week to thicken my hairline and frontal region.
I'm at 7 days now and there is still a lot of scabbing etc but here is how it looks:-

The clinic told me to wash my hair with lotion and then shampoo it twice every day while massaging the scalp. However I have been noticing a lot of scabs falling after doing this, particularly the last day or so and a lot of them contain little hairs. There has been no actual bleeding however which they tell me means that the grafts are safe and this is normal but I can't help but be worried sick.
I constantly read differing things on the internet where some doctors say they are safe after 24 - 72 hours whereas some others say you shouldn't even touch it for 2 weeks. Some say grafts can be lost without bleeding whereas others don't. It's such a recipe for constant worry.
