I went to Ashley & martin hair studio for my hair loss treatment in Melbourne. they talked so much abt them selves & convinced me to go on a 8 months treatment program. They told me that they would also give me a guarantee contract which would say that money would b refunded if unsatisfied. so i agreed & signed that paper. but i later realized that apart from being a guarantee sheet that paper also states that one should pay them full in 8 months & cannot cancel the treatment. After 2 months i was not satisfied with them. the medications which they gave me worth only few hundred dollars and could be bought from any pharmacy. All they give is minoxidil solution, finastride, saw palmetto herbal capsules & few laser sessions(which are useless).
They charged me $3500 for them ..complete rip off.......and when i asked them to cancel the treatment ..they told me that i signed a contract with them so i cant cancel it...& if i dont pay them in full they would send my case to debt collection agency ......GOSH ....they are terrible people....PLZZ>>>>.dont go to them......
