I suggest applying a topical to the nipples. I suspect aromatase in the nipples, and not the rest of the blood, is responsible. I could be wrong, though. I think it is OK to treat systemic levels a bit, if they are outside the healthy range, but I think topicals to the nipples is the best way.

I just suggesting this since stax suggested some stuff that is applied to other skin areas for systemic effects.

What estrogen levels promote/reduce male breast cancer levels?

You suspect WRONG. Aromatase is potentially active in fatty areas of your body ie abdomen area.

How would those fatty areas respond? I'm sure aromatase inhibitors would change other fatty areas to make them less female like, if hips are an issue. Anyway, I don't think you want aromatse inhibitors in your brain or hair. You just want it in fatty areas. So I think topical application is best. It absorbs best where there are veins, which means lean areas, unfortunately. But nipple skin is thin, and are the main area of concern for us anyway.

1) Reduce you dietary Fat intake
2) Increase your Zinc intake
3) Increase your dietary fibre

The above for a short period - if nothing changes - look into Aromatase inhibitors.

grapeseed extract is so cheap compared to the synthetic AR inhibitors. And the synthetic ones are less researched. The GSE has other benifits. I'm just going to go with topical and internal GSE.

Funny though that GSE grows hair. I guess the countering of DHT effects outweighs the loss of estrogen support in hair. I'll stick with apple poly for my scalp.

And since GTE has curcumin in it, and is cheap, I no longer buy curcumin. I just get the cheap full spectrun stuff, which has just as much EGCG per dollar, but also has many other flavonoids. 100g for $9. I don't believe everything Life Extension says.
