D Da Crow Established Member Reaction score 5 May 11, 2014 #2 From what I understand, an aromatose inhibitor would just keep portions of testosterone and/or DHT from converting to estrogen. If you have male pattern baldness genetics, then perhaps this will cause heightened DHT, therefore yes.
