Hey gents,

I'm new to this forum and like S.N.B. I'll be getting work done with Armani in the next few days...I'm 33 and currrently a N3V. I've researched for what feels like an eternity and feel confident with my decision...I'm still on the fence regarding the crown and whether I should have the hair transplant go through the remaining hair in the hairline. This hair is what I refer to as ghost hair, as in, wont stand the test of time, so in my mind the best option would be to tackle the hairline aggressively as if there was no hair remaining. I'll be discusing this with Dr. Armani on the day of...I'll post a few pics of my befores and one showing where I'd like the hairline to start as soon as i figure out how to post them???

The easiest way is to upload them to a free pic hosting site like photobucket.com. When you have them uploaded to your account you can just copy and paste the code the site automatically generates under the photos to your posts and they show up.

sunjam,

How many grafts are you planning on having done? If you are in the NW3V class then you have some temporal lobe recession but it can't be that bad right (for being in your 30's). Are you on any hairloss meds?

I did not hear you state you wanted a juvenile hairline so possibly you are just looking at bringing it up to a class 2 level or so. Have you already been physically examined by Dr. Armani?

If you do have a significant amount of natural hair left in the frontal zone, would you want to potentially shock that much out? 3200-4000 grafts is ALOT for someone in your hairloss class and it's all going in the frontal zone?...just curious what your thoughts were regarding that.

Hey Gillenator,

You can see my before pics at hairlosshelp. I need to fully restore the hairline and if my donor supply is sufficient, Ill tackle the crown and the top/mid zone as well..I haven't seen Armani yet. He suggested during my online consultation that 3200 should suffice for hairline and top, not including the crown
