yeh id say def male pattern baldness with that temple recession, although in ur 3rd picture ur hair looks like its got no life at all looks like a bad wig. Id def jump on finasteride to save it while ur young.

Sounds like you are suffering from BDD(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Body_dysmorphic_disorder).

If you feel this describes how you are feeling than know that there are successful treatments to get obsessive thoughts out of your mind.
I or no one on this forum is qualified to give you a diagnosis about your hair. You should go to a dermatologist or better yet a hair transplant doctor(NOT to get a transplant but to get a miniaturization test). They are better qualified to help you out in this situation.
