lately there is a mixed openion regarding APM, whether it is a cause or effect of Androgenetic Alopecia. some people say how transplanted hair regrow after detachment from APM.
According to this study transplanted hair regenrate connection to APM and nerves.so which means hair follicle growth is APM dependent.

i was just reading about this subject on the other site hair loss cure...

I know months ago my DR was saying this is why he uses Acell in PRP to repair that muscle. (theoreticallY)

i think APM ditechment is also an effect of lacking stem cell peroliferation of hairfollicle.
for example a healthy hairfollicle reconect itself to a muscle in the bald area which means the problem is not with the muscle but with the hairfollicle.
