Are Those Mature Hairlines Or Receding Hairlines

Hi everyone,
These is my first thread here, I'm 23 years old, I started notcing I have some hairlines when I was 19, I freaked out, but forget about them, these couple of days I looked in the mirror, and since I have nearly no picture where my hairlines are showing (except one that you'll find below), I didn't notice any hairloss on my pillow or in the shower or in my desk. All males In my mother side are bald, I've never seen them but my mother told me that they were bald, except one but my mother told me he began to go bald in his 30's, first he noticed thining in his crown, my father started thining from his crown in his 50's but stopped, his father died with his full hair, his has one brother whose hairlines receded but still have hair ( a NW3), and another who still have all his hair.

Also it's been 5 years I think that I have a scalp problem psoriasis or seborrhoeic dermatitis (itchy scalp with big dandruff and red spots, I'll make an appointement with a dermatologue next week about that), so I have this bad habit when I pill out the dead skin, I usually find hair sticking, when I shake it with my hand there is 10 or 15 hair falling.

So I was wondering if anyone here had this scalp problem, because I'm worried about going bald and that scalp problem start showing, that's why I uploaded some photos I took to ask you if my hair is receding or those are just mature hairlines ( there's one from 4 years ago when I shaved my hair). usually how much time it takes to go bald, I mean what is the worst scenario regardless of my scalp problem

I'll go to a dermatologue but I don't know if he would be able to to tell me if I'm balding because of the scalp problem, I read that Finasteride and Minoxidile helped a lot of people especially those on early stage, but since I already have grassy scalp Minoxidile while just make it worse (and I like how my hairlines looks like now no need for regrowing more hair), and for Finasteride I heard It may lower my libido, I'm still 23 wouldn't that have an impact on my fertility.

PS: Sorry for my bad english, and if you see any dandruff.

It is receded a fraction but your hair is still awesome. This happens to the vast majority of caucasian men so don't sweat it, just keep an eye on it every now and then.
