Are These Products From Amazon Snake Oil Or Legit?

I was on Amazon looking for Derma rollers and such and this kept popping up in my suggested. A couple people posted reviews showing significant regrowth, but that's probably people who had a vitamin deficiency and not male pattern baldness right?

Just a multivitamin essentially with some natural dht blockers added. There is some science to support saw palmetto etc but it is not as potent, you are better off just going on finasteride, taking a decent multivitamin along with it and using a good shampoo and conditioner.
