Are scalp exercise is needed for pre FUE as well

For strips scalp exercise is recommended. Is it recommended for FUE also?

I don't actually know the answer to that, but I don't think so as the scalp exercises are done to give the donor more laxity, as a piece is going to be cut out. This is not the case with FUE, so I'll so no.
