Are generic drugs safe?

The article is fear mongering. Generics are by and large just as safe as the real thing. Are there some fakes out there? of course nothing in life is guaranteed as much as people all want it to be. I wouldnt toss and turn at night about my generic killing me 1 day at a time take the pill and go on.
