Eh, I want to believe in this.. But the truth is that my male pattern baldness accelerated when I switched to healthy, mostly organic food (no gluten, no dairy, no added sugar, no red meat, limited consumption of potatoes). What an unlucky coincidence... I even consume curcumin about 1 tablespoon daily for about a year. It didn't even prevent me from male pattern baldness.
By the way, what is this magical keyword `inflammation`? Can it be measured? I had some C-Reactive Protein tests, they showed almost zero. Does it mean I don't have inflammation everybody is referring to in the forums like this?
