Applying Finasteride Topically?

I know finasteride applied topically would still be absorbed systemically, but since it needs to pass through the scalp before it reaches the bloodstream, it seems likely a greater proportion would end up in the scalp than when it is ingested and distributed systemically.

Any thoughts?

Anybody know if, once it's in the bloodstream, the areas of the body closer to the entrance point might receive more of the chemical?

There have been contradicting reports on its efficacy. take the oral route. only if you have side effects you need to worry about the topical ones.
if i had known about propecia five-six years back I will be NW0 or NW1 now.
When I started finasteride last year, I had some mood swings for the first month. No sides after that.
