i use a pea sized ball, in nine different areas. Like this:

. . . vertex
. . . middle
. . . hair line

Im trying to decide if i want to add spironolactone cream or copper peptides to my regime.

Ive been using it for around 4 months. Less shedding and thicker stronger hair. So far, I'm pretty happy with the results I got from spironolactone.

spironolactone is not something you want to apply conservatively. Use enough to completely cover your scalp - give or take like a half inch in each direction. I always apply more to the front and the vertex, just based on male pattern baldness severity in those regions.

If your trying to cover your whole scalp, it will probably look more like 15-20 pea-sized applications.

question. i apply it across my scalp and let it settle for about 15-20 minutes until i apply minoxidil (both foam and liquid; i alternate). should this be fine?

This way it stinks like hell... I would go the other way round, wait until minoxidil is absorbed and then apply the cream.

Where do you apply it? I've been trying the cream for two months just in my hairline to see how it works. Would like to appy it onto the whole scalp but I'm a diffuse thinner and I see no way to achieve it. I've tried to use my fingers but it takes a lot of time, it's a complete mess and my hair gets so sticky.

I'm considering to order some spironolactone and make my own 5% liquid lotion because I want something to use just once daily.

My hair is about 3-4 inches long, which means a lot of it is wasted covering the hair shaft. If your hair is really short then you won't have to use as much as I use.
