Is my hair past the point of treatment ? The temples seem to be gone and the funny thing is I used to be a nw1 I wore a hat for a few months to grow my hair and my temples have just dissapeared, this is my hair gelled back to show you how bad it is I think it’s time for a 1 all over

I just feel like where I’ve lost hair at temples it’s impossible to grow back cause it’s shinny bald, I might just get a hairline hair system , what Norwood am I?

Your hair if fine. Whats your age? Have you not considered it to just be a mature hairline?

I’m 22, I dunno mate it might be but I would still rather it was straight

Mate you're basically a Norwood 1. Now obviously we cant see what your hairline looked like before, but speaking for myself i have never ever had the typical 'kid' hairline of NW0, my hairline at 12 was whats shown in your pic lol. If you really have lost ground, then given your age it is most likely as Bearded said a mature hairline.

really? I thought I was a Norwood 3 but I have no idea I don’t think I was ever a Norwood 0 either but when I try style my hair the way I used to i feel like there’s a hole under my comb over lol

You're more than likely just maturing. You have really thick dark hair so consider yourself lucky you've taken an interest now. Like @whatevr said, get on an anti androgen of your choice as it can likely be reversed at very least until better treatments are available.

It certainly is. Im 23 myself and have just started a routine of Ru and CB (just because i couldn't afford CB at all times). I couldn't bring myself to take finasteride, being quite a competitive bodybuilder and strength athlete i couldn't rationalise the affects of finasteride being anything i wanted to mess with.

However, i am keeping an eye on Polichem's development of P-3074, which is a topical finasteride which so far has 'supposedly' yielded 15 times less systemic exposure in trials, which is in the last stages of Phase III soon to be marketed which i would be more comfortable taking than the actual pill.

I’m taking a tablet every 2 days and looking at hair systems for the temples then I’ll be sorted lol

the ones these days are undetectible, i need my actual hairline moved down also so it will sort of ive me a nw1 while fillin the temples in

They look amazing in pictures and only because you don't know what to look for. One week of holding that dead animal in your hands, or having it glued to your scalp and itching, worrying about knots showing, lace showing, you'll be eating cyproterone like it's candy.

My friends had one for a year the ones that are out now are great if you take care of them, mine is only to fill the temples in anyway so its not a big deal
