Anyon’s Hair Got Worse Before It Got Better On Finasteride?

Hi, guys I’ve been on propecia 1mg ED for about 2 and a half months and my hair density got worse before starting. I’m just looking for personal experience to give me some hope did your hair get worse before it got better?

I have read that you will enter a shedding phase in the first three months. But that is an indicator it is working

Im month 7/8 and im thinning on the top of my head whereas before it was just my crown, don't know if it's male pattern baldness being stronger than finasteride or just a shed. Im giving it a year, then switching to dutasteride if nothing gets better.
