So I did my first at home detach/reattach and cleaning maintenance last week.

I came across a great tutorial on YouTube by MG Ford and at one point in the video he uses Walker Positioning spray which he says disables bond temporarily and allows a little extra time to position your unit properly.

Anyone use this product for self installs? Does it work well?Any disadvantages?

No, I don't use it. A better method is to use an Alice band for positioning the system, which gives you as much time as you need in order to get the system positioned before you peel off the backing from tape to attach it. It also allows you to keep the system in place while you use both hands to peel the backing tape. Positioning spray doesn't give you much time.

Thanks! I'll look into the Alice bands, much appreciated:)

I used the walker positioning spray, worked wonders! Gave me ample time to get piece in correct position. Hair install life hack!
Feel like I used an install Cheat Code LOL
