Its the first time I have ever seen it mentioned in a main stream publication like that. Alot of my friends who are losing hair are of the opinion that there is nothing they can do about it. I have always been under the impression that the general public was unaware of the "Big 3". I was kinda surprised to be flipping through the magazine and read similar information to that posted on this board. Until I found this board I never thought I could regrow hair to the degree I have, people don't stumble upon boards like this. However, they do read periodicles without looking for specific information. I think that the article will be helpful to alot of guys who felt as hopeless as I did until I found the information.

I remember, my dad told me that my dermatologist aunt told him about a "surefire" hairloss cure. I was soooo excited and thought it was somehting that just came out, and only the medical community knew about it..and I was going to get a prescroption for it....YAY!!!!!!!!!!! I did a search for it to find out more about this "finasteride" ..when I found out it was propecia, I was deflated. There's just an assumption that nothign out there works, otherwise no one would be bald.
