Anyone quit Propecia and moved to Dutasteride with success?

I'm developing diffuse thinning after over three years of Propecia.

It's in early stages, but my scalp is more visible in any light.

Have any long term propecia users had the same problem? If so did moving to Dutasteride return your hair to its normal thickness?

I'm struggling to decide whether to stay on Propecia and give spironolactone 5% a few months or move to Dutasteride sooner rather than later.

Any advice appreciated. Thanks.
