anyone out there have their hairloss to a point that they wouldn't really go outside and socialize, and after treatment to a point where they can now put it out of their mind. that's all i want, just to have it to a point where i can live my life again!

yeah me, not quite that extreme, but I have gone from being very self concious to the whole hairloss thing not really bothering me.

Thank you Minoxidil/finasteride/Nizoral/TGel and father time.

what's wrong is i'm obsessing totally about this cause it happened so fast, and i just feel like everyone is looking at me when i'm out, espcially under bright lights or out in the bright sun... i can't enjoy myself in these situations, its messed up.

Dude I was about as low as one could get the first year I knew I was losing my hair.......It still effects me today although not nearly as bad. There are some good anti-depressants out there that really do work and will get the whole hairloss thing out of your mind and make you start thinking clearly again. Seek counciling (seriously). If I didn't do that I honestly think I wouldn't be here typing this, if you catch my drift.

Thanks to the invention of the ball cap I was always able to go outside, but being bald did limit my outdoor activities i.e. no swimming or upside down roller coasters. After 3 hair transplants I do take my hat off now from time to time, but I guess I will always be a hat guy..
