My Endo. just diagnosed me with hyperinsulinanemia and tells me this is the cause of my hair loss. He was pretty sure that medication and diet restrictions will reverse the loss and the hair will come back. I'm having other problems as well so my health has not been so good lately but the hair loss is the worst part.
I learned what I could about HIA from google but there was nothing really there on how it relates to hair loss. If anyone could please share any info. on this I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
