anyone is experiencing prostate ache?

hi guys,
i have been taking finasteride since the middle of February. Actually, i notice the area above my penis hurts when i stay erected for like an hour, even i dont stimulate my penis physically. i start masturbation before i watch porns for like an hour. Then i will always suffer moderate prostate pain, not very intense, during masturbation. Anyone here has this issue? i am worried i have to stop Fins. Anyway, i am going to see doctor soon. Is there any substitute of fins?

I sometimes expereince pain (quite bad pain, not just an ache) when I ejaculate. It focusses at the base of the penis/perenium - I don't know if it could be the prostate causing the pain. I've taken finasteride for 5 years

you say the area above your penis aches? that's not your prostate, it's your bladder

dutasteride gave me huge painfull prostate pain...had to stop after 4 months. (1 per week with finasteride). Even topically adding to minoxidil now I can get the pain in the groin area and I may even stop this.

i am not sure where exactly it is, but it is between the bottom of my belly and my penis. Anyway, i am going to see a doctor tomorrow. i will update this thread afterward.

that sounds awful, even finasteride once a week.
are you sure you apply minoxidil to ur head, i dont think ur pain in the groin area is caused in such a way.
