Anyone Here Tried Red Clover Extract?

I stupidly tried letrozole for two months, stopped it in march i think but it devastated my hair. Im currently taking dutasteride 0.5mg, 200mg spironolactone and 5mg oral min, my hair still hasn't recovered and i was wondering if red clover might help. Anyone here tried it? I'd like to try everything possible before heading down the estradiol road. Im not sure if the damage letrozole did was permanent or not but im thinking it is so i need something else to help me hopefully recover back to baseline.
