Anyone heard of this company before? pretty cheap 15% minoxidil

I found this on ebay and wondering if anyone has heard of the company before. The company is called Ideal Hair Solutions and is selling this stuff for under 30 bones. I was on 15% a few years ago and had some good results but switched back to 5% because the foam was easier to apply. Thinking I might do the 15% at night and the foam in the am. You can do a search on ebay for minoxidil 15% and find it rather quickly as I don't think they allow links being posted here. Anyways, any feedback, advice or cheap sources for 15% would be greatly appreciated.

It's temping at 160 bones for a year supply... It's looks to be the same formula as the original Xandrox 15... Looks like its company name is actually "Perfect Skin Care Solutions LLC"

OK so I was looking at 2 different products and got the name mixed up... http://www.perfecthairsolutions.com/ Anyone have any experience with this company???

Be careful with this company, I merely asked them a question on ebay (they sell on ebay) just type in 15 % minoxidil (also on amazon.com) anyways I asked what vehicle they use to deliver the 15 % minoxidil, also they state they have a lab I merely asked where is the lab, they BLOCKED me from buying on ebay! I have 100 % feedback and they simply blocked me, I wouldn't buy from them, if you look at their negatives on ebay they respond very aggressively to people ( they sell chemical peels) which I think in the wrong hands can destroy a face! If your going to buy 15 % get it from Dr lee, on amazon they have 1 feedback left for their rogaine 15 % they mainly sell peels. I always thought you needed to be a doctor to sell rogaine over a certain percentage since they are basically just dissolving loniten pills correct?
